Data Analyst

Salary: 30-40K
Department: Management Information System (MIS)

Reports to: National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: The overall function of the Data Analyst is to gather data across a business, analyze it and translate the results into non-technical language for team members of all backgrounds.

  • Co- lead for sales target setting.
  • Analysis of the month to date, year to date, sales trend and growth compared to previous years per product and per channel based on Sell – In Data (w/ free goods).
  • Monthly analysis of the Mercury Sell – In vs Sell -Out data.
  • Analysis of top hospital accounts’ sales performance sales trends and growth.
  • Sales performance of chain and big/ local drugstores.
  • Provides sales dashboard;
    1. Monthly and year to date sales performance ranking per PMR, per district, and per region.
    2. Monthly and year to date sales performance ranking per product.
  • Provides monthly update on Sales Citizen Data – top prescribers and new prescribers per product and per account.
  • Provides monthly update on sales trend among identified top 30 Key Movers and barometer accounts.
  • E-Science data collection; Reach, Call Frequency and Call Rate of the Top 30 Movers per product and per territory.
  • Assist Marketing and Sales Team
    1. Provide analysis on the impact of marketing programs implemented to sales generation. As an example; Dialysis Centers and Hospitals sales evolution, patient recruitment programs like Starter Kits and Seeding Trials.
    2. Provide data and assistance for business presentation.
    3. Forecasting and demand planning.
    4. Competitive pricing analysis.
    5. Market share (if available). 

Technical Skills Required

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Data Cleaning)
  • SQL knowledge for querying transactional and master data
  • Basic programming skills (Python/R preferred)
  • Data preparation, transformation, and warehousing fundamentals
  • Sales KPI monitoring (revenue, volume, margin, growth metrics)
  • Sales forecasting and demand trend analysis
  • Basic automation or workflow scripting skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, sales analytics, or business intelligence (preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Experience working with sales data (Sell-In, Sell-Out, distribution, and channel performance)
  • Experience in handling large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, field reports, etc.)
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • High level of integrity when handling confidential sales and pricing data
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
Social Media Specialist

Starting Salary: 25-30K

Job Summary

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive store/clinic traffic, and support revenue growth for One Pharma, One Drug Store, and Pioneer IV Outpatient Therapy Clinic.

The role focuses on paid digital advertising, campaign analytics, and performance optimization while ensuring brand consistency and compliance with healthcare marketing standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management
    • Develop, plan, execute, monitor, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
    • Set campaign objectives (lead generation, engagement, traffic, conversions).
    • Identify target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behavioral data.
    • Manage ad budgets efficiently within approved allocations.
    • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, captions, and audience targeting.
    • Monitor campaigns daily and optimize performance to improve ROI.
    • Respond to inquiries and coordinate with concerned departments for timely replies.
  1. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
    • Develop lead generation ads for:
      • Clinic services (IV therapy, outpatient services)
      • Retail promotions (One Drug Store)
      • Product promotions (One Pharma)
    • Coordinate with Product Managers, Clinic Staff/PIVOT Creative Team, and ODS Operations for proper lead endorsement and follow-up.
    • Track and report cost per lead (CPL) and conversion performance.
  1. Ad Creative Development
    • Create compelling ad creatives including:
      • Graphics and promotional posters
      • Short-form video ads and reels
      • Carousel and conversion-focused creatives
    • Ensure ad materials align with branding guidelines and healthcare advertising compliance requirements.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
      • Reach and impressions
      • Engagement rate
      • Click-through rate (CTR)
      • Cost per click (CPC)
      • Cost per lead (CPL)
      • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), when applicable
    • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.
  1. Campaign & Promotional Support
    • Support major marketing initiatives including:
      • Branch openings
      • Promotional sales events
      • Medical campaigns
      • Health awareness drives
    • Coordinate with Product Managers, Sales Team, and Clinic Creative Team for campaign requirements.
  1. Compliance & Brand Protection
    • Ensure all advertisements comply with healthcare marketing regulations and company policies.
    • Secure approval from authorized officers before launching paid campaigns.
    • Protect confidential business data and campaign analytics.
  1. Website & Digital Support 
    • Assist in updating website content, blog posts, and landing pages.
    • Ensure online information is accurate and up-to-date.
  1. Other Duties
    • Perform related tasks as assigned by Management consistent with the nature of the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience in healthcare, retail, or pharmaceutical marketing is an advantage.
